The paper sheet former is an experimental device that forms paper pulp and performs rapid vacuum drying. In the laboratory, after various fibers such as plants and minerals are cooked, beaten, and screened, the slurry is dehydrated in a standard manner, and then put into a molding cylinder. After stirring evenly, it is quickly filtered and formed to obtain a sheet, which is then processed in the molding cylinder. Vacuum drying is performed on the dryer of the machine, and the resulting sheet can be used as a paper sample for further physical testing.

Parts introduction
· Molding size
The molding size of the regular model is Ø200 mm paper pattern. It can be customized into square paper patterns ranging from 200 × 200 mm to 500 × 500 mm, or larger. It can also be customized into rectangular paper patterns with little difference in aspect ratio.
· Dryer
Normally equipped with 1-2 dryers, multiple dryers or no dryers can be equipped according to customer needs.
· Pneumatic lid closing
For sheet formers that mold large-size paper patterns, the closing covers of the homogenizing section and drying section will be heavy, and will be equipped with pneumatic opening and closing functions for easy use.
· Vacuum flow
When forming large-size paper patterns, forming paper patterns with high weight or high pulp viscosity, a vacuum pump will be added to increase the vacuum flow rate to ensure the effect and efficiency of vacuum filtration.
· Vacuum flow control
If the vacuum filtration flow is large and the pressure is too high, it will affect the formed paper pattern. You can add a vacuum flow classification switch to control the vacuum flow to adjust the vacuum pressure and ensure the consistency of the molding effect.
