The laboratory rotary digester is designed to simulate the working principle of a steam ball in production. The pot body makes a circular motion to fully mix the slurry. It is suitable for alkaline boiling of various fiber raw materials in papermaking laboratories. The expected plant slurry can be obtained according to different process requirements, thus providing a basis for formulating the cooking process during the production process. It can also be used for cooking other materials, especially in biomedical, food processing and other fields. In addition, the laboratory rotary digester can also be used to provide hot steam for other laboratory equipment.
The IMT-ZZ02 digester uses electromagnetic induction heating, with high heating efficiency and fast heating speed. Paired with a high-precision temperature sensor, uniform and efficient heating can be achieved. Equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen microcomputer system, the operation is simple and easy to use. 50-section temperature control can be set to achieve segmented heating and heat preservation, and different times can be set to achieve different heating rates to meet different usage needs.
