The horizontal tensile tester is used to test the tensile strength, tensile index, elongation, breaking length, tensile energy absorption, tensile energy, absorption index and other parameters of the sample.
The wide workbench allows you to easily test and put down many samples. Use both hands to slide the sample into the clamps. When the sensor senses the sample, it will automatically clamp the sample and test it. It will automatically return to its original position after the test is completed.
Applications
Paper, cardboard, tissue paper, toilet paper, film, metal foil, others
Features
Wide working bench The flat surface at the same height as the test area makes it easy to place the specimen. The specimen can be easily slip into the fixture and the test can begin. | Sample width The clamps can hold samples with a maximum width of 50 mm. By placing different magnetic blocks, samples of different widths can be easily aligned. | Auto-detect of sample. Use both hands to slide the sample into the clamp. When the sensor senses the sample, it will automatically clamp the sample and perform the test. |
Wet test option Optionally the wet test function can be supplied according to ISO 12625-5. The wet test option allows the operator to select the soaking time in seconds. The middle block can be easily replaced with a water sink to facilitate wet testing. | Special clamps Special grips are used to ensure grip and to avoid weakening the sample. | Screen angle adjustment The screen can be adjusted in angle and remain stable, making it convenient for people of different heights to use. |
● Auto return after test complete
● Pneumatic clamps hold the specimen to reduce test errors caused by human factors.
● Imported high-precision sensor specially used for force measurement, with an accuracy of 0.05% R.O., fast response speed and small repeatability deviation.
● The system is controlled by a microcomputer and adopts an automated, electronic measurement method, which is convenient for users to operate.
● 7-inch color touch screen, simple and easy to use.
● Air filter and pressure regulator to increase the service life of pneumatic components.
Standards
GB 453, GB 12914, GB 22898, ISO 1924-1, ISO 1924-2, ISO 1924-3, ISO 12625-4, ISO 12625-5, ISO TS 17958, TAPPI T 494
